Shipping policy

RIMCO LLC ships exclusively to Puerto Rico via USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and require 1-3 business days for processing. A tracking number will be provided once your order is completed and ready for shipment. 

Please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and if a package is returned, the customer will be charged for reshipping. 

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for its handling or the delivery time, as these are outside our control. 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. 

Pickup Orders 

If you choose in-store pickup at our San Juan location, orders are processed the same day during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Orders placed after 4:30 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. 

For pickup at our Ponce store, orders are processed the same day but will be available for pick up the next business day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM on Fridays will be ready at the Ponce location on Monday, excluding holidays. 

If you select our Arecibo store for pickup, merchandise is delivered to this location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For example: 

  • Orders placed on Tuesday will be available on Thursday. 

  • Orders placed on Thursday will be available the following Tuesday.
