Refund policy

We apologize for any inconvenience with your order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the merchandise is in good condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A copy of your invoice or receipt is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Alternatively, returns can be made in person at our San Juan store. 

Please note: Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Remote Control Products: 

These are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper use, crash damage, water, or excessive moisture. To activate your warranty, register your product at Certificate of Warranty Registration.
